Example:
If you submit your cancellation notice on June 10, your final billing cycle will occur on July 10, and your membership will officially end on August 10. This means you'll have access to our services through August 9.
Please note that we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Providing a 30-day notice helps us manage ongoing connections and ensures a seamless experience for all members.
